October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month so Let’s Race for a Cure!

The Race for the Cure is on Saturday October the 15th starting at 7:30am at Northpark Center in Dallas, Texas. The Race is the largest fundraising event for local breast cancer screening, treatment, education and research in Dallas County. Breast cancer does not discriminate. It is a widespread and random disease, striking women and men of all ages and races. It is the most prevalent cancer in the world today, with about 1.3 million people diagnosed annually. Let’s all support the awareness and fight against breast cancer. Do it for your mother, your father or a friend. If you cannot be there visit http://www.komen-dallas.org/ and show you care by donation. Wear your pink that day, so we can keep the awareness alive and strive for finding a cure.
