Try the following recipe to natural exfoliate your skin.
1 Tbsp baking soda
½ Tbsp water
Combine the two ingredients in a bowl, mixing it well until the water has been absorbed. If you can reach your back yourself, spread the baking soda paste across your back focusing on areas that are prone to acne. Otherwise, have a family or friend rub it on your back for you. Allow the mixture to sit on your skin for a few minutes. Then rinse off the baking soda with warm water and pat your skin dry.
2. Oatmeal, Lemon, and Honey Back Mask
Just as face masks are an ideal way to rid your face of acne, this back mask can help give your back a smoother feel. This recipe consists of lemon (to dry out your acne, oatmeal (to soothe your skin), and honey (to moisturize your skin).
1 cup of dry oatmeal,
½ cup of lemon juice,
1 tbsp tablespoon of honey
Combine all ingredients in a bowl until it forms a sticky paste. Have someone you trust, apply the mixture across your back. Let the mixture sit on your back for 10 minutes or until it starts to harden. Wash off the mixture in a warm shower.
