Restylane and Perlane
Restylane and Perlane are hyaluronic acid dermal fillers used for instant correction of facial wrinkles, lip enhancement and facial anatomical volume correction. Hyaluronic acid provides resilience and youthful contours to our skin. When we age, the natural levels of hyaluronic acid decrease. Along with exposure to sun, environmental stresses, diet and even facial expressions, this decrease in of our skin's "cushion" results in lines and wrinkles and folds.
Restylane and Perlane are used for wrinkles, lip augmentation, deep folds and facial volume. As the first hyaluronic acid wrinkle filler, Restylane has a well known and well deserved reputation as an instant dermal filler that does not require sensitivity testing. Juvederm

Juvéderm™ is derived from a hyaluronic acid substance which is found throughout the human body. Sensitivity testing is not required as the hyaluronic acid is so similar to your own tissue. Juvéderm™ is quite similar to Restylane and Perlane but has some differences in the structure.
Juvederm® is an injectable filler that utilizes a colorless hyaluronic acid. Radiesse
 Radiesse™ is a next-generation cosmetic filler used in the treatment of deep lines and volume loss around the nose and mouth – including smile lines, marionette lines, and nasolabial folds, and jowls.
Cheek augmentation using Radiesse is a very popular treatment as it delivers a two-fold advantage. First, the flattened cheek area is raised to a more youthful position. (Unfortunately cheek flattening is something that happens to all of as we age, partly due to some natural bone loss and partly due to facial fat loss). The second positive aspect is that this lifting also decreases the depth of the nasal fold.
Radiesse Cheek Augmentation is an effective, non-surgical, and minimally invasive option for those who wish to have more volume in the cheekbone area and enhance their overall facial contour and balance. Because the cheek area is augmented with an injectable dermal filler, the results are more natural, require little down-time, and have a low incidence of side-effects. Additionally, because no general anesthesia is required the client may control her/his outcome by looking in a handheld mirror and providing feedback to Dr. Wrighht throughout the procedure.
Traditional cheek implants are surgical, invasive procedures. Either silicone or fat is implanted into the cheekbone area. Surgical implants are done under general anesthesia with an incision made inside the mouth, through which the implant is inserted. The recovery can be painful and the outcome may not always be as desired.
As well, it is an excellent volumizer for the hands and feet-to help improve texture and decrease the appearance of aging veins, Radiesse™ cosmetic filler has small microspheres (particles) suspended in a gel-like solution. There is no need for an allergy test prior to injections since the microspheres are comprised of calcium hydroxylapatite, a substance naturally found in the body.
For the first three months after injection, Radiesse acts as a typical filler substance by ‘filling’ lines and wrinkles and plumping up the skin. Then due to its unique collagen-generating properties, Radiesse actually stimulates new tissue development for extended correction for up to an additional year.  The volume loss about the eyes can be noticed when the lower eyelid becomes lax and as a result, normal fat beneath the eyelid protrudes or pushes out on the eyelid and creates eye bags or puffy eyes. This protruding lower eyelid tissue creates a shadow in the normal depression below the eyelid and creates dark circles under the eye, a hallmark of eyelid aging, giving the face a tired and aged look.
Though the bagginess under the eye cannot be removed without surgery, filling the tear trough with safe effective fillers can dramatically reduce the dark circles and hollows and improve the cosmetic appearance of the bagginess creating a more refreshed and younger look around the eye area.

The nose is one of the most important structures of the face. Many people are dissatisfied with their noses but hesitate to seek correction due to fear of extensive surgery. Some are born with noses they dislike, others have suffered injuries to their noses causing bumps, asymmetry and other deformities.
Fillers can be used to sculpt a better shaped nose. Of course, they will not help fix an internal problem, such as a deviated septum. Improving the cosmetic appearance of the nose however brings a tremendous degree of satisfaction for both the physician and the patient. I have had patients happily cry in my chair immediately after their filler rhinoplasty treatment when viewing their “new” nose. A nose that may have bothered them for most of their lives and perhaps made them feel self conscious or unattractive is immediately (in just 10 minutes) improved.
Flat nasal tips can be built up, humps and bumps can be filled in below and above the bump to make the profile completely straight, and crooked noses can be filled in on one side to make the nose appear straight. Cost wise, filler nose jobs are much less expensive than surgical nose jobs. Depending on how much product is needed and which product is chosen, it can cost as little as $450!
